I live in Austin, TX with my husband, mother, two kids (with
another one on the way), and one really fat cat. I created SuburbanCEO.com
(with one hand while holding the baby) because I have a passion
for helping other mothers find fulfillment outside of the workforce.
I graduated from the University of Texas and worked as an
interactive media developer at various high tech companies
until I started my own website development company, Bishop
Consulting Group, LLC. I consider myself "semi-retired"
from website development (though I occasionally get talked
into taking on a new client) and mostly just work on personal
sites like this one. I consider being a full-time mom the
most exciting, interesting job I've ever had.
